I couldn’t agree more, Kate. At least Kanye West has a history of erratic behavior and struggles with mental health to offer some excuse, but Musk has no such fallback. He, like Trump, is allowing his fame and clout to meddle ignorantly into affairs for which he has no knowledge or expertise, and the flippant remarks he’s been making about Ukraine, for instance, are dangerously irresponsible. I see the founder of Twitter is already launching a new platform, let’s hope Twitter becomes a massive failure under Musk, he deserves it.
Thanks for reading, Robert! You`re right – Musk really does have no fallback. It`s alarming that such a high-stakes platform can simply be sold to such an individual – with so few morally meaningful checks and balances in place.
